Canadian Trail Mix
Ingredients
½ cup raw pecans
½ cup raw almonds
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ cup pepitas
Sea salt
3 Tbsp maple syrup
Any dark chocolate covered fruit balls (think Lindt Raspberry/Cranberry or Orange/Pink Grapefruit)
Method
Preheat oven to 150 C
Mix nuts, coconut, salt and maple syrup in a bowl.
Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool
When completely cooled down crumble apart and add the little fruit choc balls.
Store in an airtight container
