The journey to a more adventurous life begins with our signature 2-hour Trek Training sessions, led by our passionate female coaches. In these sessions, you will build the fitness, skills and confidence you need to join full-day hikes, weekend adventures and multi-day treks.

Whether you're an experienced hiker or stepping onto the trail for the first time, your coach will tailor the journey to suit your fitness level and experience. If you can walk for 90 minutes at a moderate pace you are fit enough to join a Trek Training session.
